The product comes with the BARCODE SCANNER. when the visitor comes to your office, the GUARD needs to scan their IC / DRIVING LICENSE and can input their name, address details at the first time of visit.

When the same visitor comes back again, just scan their IC and all of their details will automatically shown to you and click to update it.

Further more the system can able to print out visitor detail in a paper which contains the visitor name, IC number, Entry time & the person to visit details.

Importantly you can able to generate the Emergency Report to find out how many visitors within your office and their details during FIRE or any other urgent necessitates.
